All donations of however much you can spare are greatly appreciated, and all money raised goes towards the work of the Sunderland Guild of Help. For more information please email our team.

How to Apply
At this present time we can only accept applications from those in need through an appointed Social Worker, and you must be living within the city boundary. Click this link for more information.

The Guild operates through its premises on Toward Road, near the Winter Gardens, with a number of other charities. The room, with a wonderful view of the city, holds a reflective meeting area and excellent working facilities.

Please note - all applications to The Guild must be made through a Social Worker and the proper channels. Our Part Time Admin staff can only work on Wednesdays due to financial restraints, however all website and phone enquiries will be answered as soon as possible. More information and links to follow.

100 Years! In 2007/09 The Sunderland Guild of Help celebrated it's centenary. Over the last 100 years The Guild has helped thousands of the most vulnerable people in the city and wish to thank all those that have given their time and resources to help make this happen.
