Surprisingly, The Sunderland Guild of Help does not receive much income from donations throughout the year. The finances we raise from previous income and rent from 4 Toward Road is used to pay all necessary bills (including building maintenance) before it can be used for applications.
We urgently need to raise our profile in the North East for those who believe in our good cause and wish to help those most in need on our doorstep. We will soon list here a few ways in which you can help, from charity fundraising schemes to standing orders or simple one-off payments; and anything that could be contributed will be most appreciated.
Please speak with our friendly team who are at work each Wednesday if you would like to donate (from 9.30am - 4.00pm) and they can talk a little more about The Guild and how your money could be used. Over the next few months we will also be joining JustGiving.com, to raise the profile of the charity and also helping our kind sponsors who wish to make one-off gifts through which the charity can also claim Gift Aid.

Please note - all applications to The Guild must be made through a Social Worker and the proper channels. Our Part Time Admin staff can only work on Wednesdays due to financial restraints, however all website and phone enquiries will be answered as soon as possible. More information and links to follow.
